Why there is no price list on this page
Resale is not a developer's inventory with a rate card. Each flat is one owner's, priced by what they need and what the last comparable sale in that tower actually fetched. Both move — often within the same month.
A published list would be wrong within a fortnight, and a buyer who travels out on a stale number is a buyer who has wasted a Sunday. So we quote on the day you ask, for the specific flat, with the last comparable sale to back it.
What we can tell you in one call: what your budget actually buys in Palava right now, in which phase, on which floor, and with what view.
