Ryderz — Delivery Partner Terms

GOTENDER RYDERZ — DELIVERY PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective date: 3 July 2026 · Version 1.0 These Terms govern your work as an independent delivery executive ("Rider") on GoTender. Your acceptance at registration is recorded electronically (timestamp, IP address and device) and constitutes a valid electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000. 1. INDEPENDENT PARTNER — NOT EMPLOYMENT 1.1 You are an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency or partnership with GoTender or with any seller. You are free to accept or decline connections and assignments and to work for anyone else. 1.2 GoTender provides the technology that connects you with sellers; the delivery engagement is directly between you and each seller. 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to work in your country, and hold a valid driving licence and vehicle registration/insurance where your vehicle requires them. 2.2 You must provide true details (name, phone, city, vehicle) and keep them updated. 3. CONNECTIONS & ASSIGNMENTS 3.1 You may request to join sellers, and sellers may invite you; either side may decline or disconnect at any time. 3.2 Once connected, sellers may assign you home-delivery orders. Keep your availability status accurate. Accept only deliveries you can genuinely complete. 4. PAYMENTS 4.1 Delivery fees, fuel and settlement terms are agreed DIRECTLY between you and each seller. GoTender does not process, guarantee or mediate rider payments. 4.2 Cash on Delivery: where you collect payment from the customer, you hold that money in trust for the seller and must hand it over as agreed. Collecting the displayed amount honestly is mandatory. 5. DELIVERY CONDUCT 5.1 Handle goods safely and hygienically — especially food (insulated carriage where appropriate; no tampering with sealed packaging). 5.2 Deliver to the customer named on the order at the given address; verify with the customer's phone if needed. 5.3 Mark "Delivered to Customer" ONLY after physically handing over the order. The seller verifies your confirmation before the order is closed — false confirmations are ground for immediate removal. 5.4 Ride safely and obey traffic laws. GoTender is not liable for accidents, fines or losses arising from your deliveries. 6. CUSTOMER DATA Customer names, addresses, phone numbers and map locations are shared with you ONLY to complete assigned deliveries. Using, storing or sharing this data for any other purpose is strictly prohibited (DPDP Act, 2023 / GDPR) and is ground for immediate removal and legal action. 7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Theft or non-delivery of goods or COD cash, harassment of customers or sellers, fake delivery confirmations, riding under the influence, and sharing your Ryderz account with others are prohibited. 8. RECORDS & DISPUTES 8.1 Your acceptance of these Terms, your connections and your delivery confirmations are recorded and may be produced before authorities, Consumer Commissions or courts. 8.2 Disputes about a specific delivery engagement are between you and that seller; GoTender may assist with records. 9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION GoTender may suspend or remove Rider accounts for breach of these Terms or of law. You may stop riding at any time; obligations regarding pending deliveries, COD cash and data survive. 10. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY The Platform is provided "as is". You indemnify GoTender against claims arising from your deliveries, your conduct or your breach of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTender's aggregate liability to a Rider is limited to INR 5,000. 11. GOVERNING LAW Indian law governs; courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your local law.
