No onion, no garlic
A Jain menu, not a Jain exception
7 dishes cooked without onion and garlic from the start — rather than a regular dish with things left out at the end, which is what "Jain available" usually means.

The 7 Jain dishes
These are the dishes the restaurant lists as Jain by name on its own menu. Nothing here is inferred.

What this page does not claim
Ask about anything else
Plenty of the rest of the menu could be cooked Jain — most of the gravies, the pulaos, the pizzas. But the restaurant lists seven by name, so seven is what this page lists. If you want something else made Jain, ring and ask the kitchen rather than trusting a website about it.
On fasting food
The restaurant runs a Navratri special — its own poster shows fasting drinks and treats. It is a seasonal thing rather than a standing menu, and it is not in the ordering catalogue, so there are no prices for it here. Ring when the season comes round.

The restaurant’s own Navratri poster. Fasting treats are made when the calendar calls for them — the shop’s words, and its picture.
Why it is all vegetarian anyway
There is no non-vegetarian section to keep separate here, and no egg on the menu either. All 402 dishes carry the green mark. For a Jain diner that removes the question that usually has to be asked first — whether the same tawa, the same oil and the same ladle have been used for something else.
Come and eat
