Not only pressed — sold whole

The same fruit that goes into the juice, by the kilo

If you would rather take it home than drink it here, the counter sells fruit over the same top. Apple and pomegranate two grades each, guava, papaya, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi and plum.

Watermelon is sold both ways

₹40 a kilo if you want a slice cut, or ₹70 for a whole one. Both are on the counter, which is why they are two lines here rather than one — ₹40 against a whole watermelon would be the wrong number.

A pav is a quarter kilo — a pav is 250 g, a quarter kilo.

  • VegetarianPlum (per pav — 250 g)₹40

About these pictures. The pictures on this page are illustrations, not photographs of our own counter. They show what a drink is, not the glass you will be handed.

Where these prices come from

Every other price on this site was read off the shop’s menu board. These were given separately by the shop, not printed on the board, so you will not find them on the board photograph on the menu page. Loose fruit also moves with the market in a way a printed board does not — an apple at ₹250 a kilo is this week’s apple. Fruit prices were given to us directly rather than read off the menu board, and loose fruit moves with the market — treat them as this week’s prices and ring to confirm before a large order.

Come and cool off

Shop No. 5, Chandra Prakash Apartment, Thakurli Station Road, Thakurli (East). Ring before you set out — the board prints no opening hours, and we would rather you asked than found the shutter down.
