Where a prescription is needed, it is needed
Many medicines may only be handed over against a doctor's prescription. Ordering one from the catalogue does not change that: attach a photograph of the prescription with the order, and the shop's pharmacist looks at it before anything leaves the counter. If it is not right, the shop will ring you rather than send it. Some categories cannot be sold online at all, and those stay at the counter.
