Assessment, diagnosis and medical treatment by a consultant psychiatrist. First consultations are unhurried; bring any previous prescriptions or reports.

Reviewing how treatment is working and adjusting it. Medication is prescribed and reviewed in person — never sold online.

Electroconvulsive therapy in its modified form, given under anaesthesia by the centre’s own anaesthesiologist. Used in specific situations and always discussed with the family first.

For acute schizophrenia, mania or severe depression, risk of suicide, and medically supervised de-addiction. Typically 15–20 days. Ring to discuss whether it can be managed here.

Medically supervised inpatient detoxification, with a planned handover to rehabilitation afterwards.

One-to-one talking therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, grief and self-esteem. In Marathi, Hindi or English.

For difficulties that sit between people rather than inside one of them, and for families carrying an illness together.

Communication, conflict, and decisions a couple cannot reach on their own.

Behaviour, school difficulty and emotional concerns — with parents involved rather than sidelined.

Structured therapeutic work alongside others facing the same difficulty.

Individually, and through the centre’s TEA group. Also run as sessions for schools and workplaces.

Electroencephalography — recording the brain’s electrical activity where seizures or a neurological cause need ruling in or out.
